Data & Security
Service evidence deserves clear safeguards.
Before capturing real customer evidence, we review your privacy requirements and confirm the controls and contractual arrangements for your configuration.
What is captured
Video, photos and answers to guided questions about the service issue or work performed. Capture steps should ask only for evidence your team needs; avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
Who can access it
Role-based access requirements are agreed for reviewing users. Before go-live, we review the available permissions, support access and how cases are shared with your team.
Retention
Retention is configurable per customer workflow. The period, removal process and any backup limitations are confirmed before go-live, based on your service and legal requirements.
Encryption in transit
Secure HTTPS connections protect evidence in transit. We review the applicable technical controls, capture links and sharing arrangements with you before implementation.
Europe and GDPR
For European operations, workflow design is GDPR-aligned: purpose, data minimisation, access and retention are reviewed alongside controller and processor responsibilities. Your organisation should confirm its lawful basis and notices with its privacy adviser.
Saudi Arabia and PDPL
For Saudi operations, implementation is PDPL-aware: residency, international transfers, notices, access and retention requirements are discussed before rollout. This is not a blanket compliance guarantee; the final configuration needs review against your obligations.
Data processing agreement
A data processing agreement is available on request. Ask for the relevant hosting, subprocessor, deletion and security information so your legal or procurement team can review it before you start.
Request the applicable details at hello@servicevideoexperts.com. Specific controls must be checked for your deployment; this page does not claim certification or blanket legal compliance.
