Pricing
Licensed software, scoped to how you use it.
Service Video Experts is licensed as an annual software subscription. Pricing is based on how widely it is used — the number of workflows, the number of teams reviewing cases and the expected volume of captures — plus a one-off implementation for the first workflow. There is never a cost for the customer, site operator or technician who records: they simply open a link.
Licence scopes
Three ways organisations license the platform.
Scope, not feature-gating: the capability set is the same, and the licence follows how much of your service operation depends on it.
One workflow
Service organisations proving the case on a single, expensive workflow.
- One guided capture workflow
- One reviewing team
- Implementation of the first workflow
- Link and email delivery
- Standard support
Quoted after a workflow review
Service operation
A full service desk or dispatch operation running guided video as standard practice.
- Multiple workflows and capture templates
- Multiple reviewing teams and roles
- API and webhook connection to your systems
- Technician capture as well as customer capture
- Implementation and workflow review
Quoted after a workflow review
Multi-site or group
Groups, networks and manufacturers running service across regions or brands.
- Workflows per brand, region or service line
- Separated environments and role-based access
- Custom connections defined per project
- Data retention configured per deployment
- Named contact and onboarding for each team
Quoted after a workflow review

Questions
Common pricing questions.
- How much does Service Video Experts cost?
- Service Video Experts is licensed as an annual software subscription. Pricing is based on how widely it is used — the number of workflows, the number of teams reviewing cases and the expected volume of captures — plus a one-off implementation for the first workflow. There is never a cost for the customer, site operator or technician who records: they simply open a link.
- Is there a cost per customer or per video?
- The person recording never pays and never installs anything. Licences are scoped to expected capture volume rather than charged per individual recording, so a busy week does not produce an unexpected bill.
- What does implementation include?
- Defining the evidence your team needs, building the guided capture, connecting it to your existing service process, piloting it with one team and reviewing the results before it is extended.
- Is there a trial or pilot?
- Deployments start as a pilot on one workflow with one team, so the value is measured on real service cases before the platform is extended across the operation.
- Why are prices not published?
- Scope differs widely between a single service desk and a multi-region group. A 30-minute demo covering one of your workflows is enough for us to give a firm figure.
