Pilot programme
Start With One Workflow. Prove the Value. Then Scale.
A structured, low-risk way to test guided visual capture in your own service operation — on real cases, with agreed success measures, before any wider rollout.
Six stages
From first use case to everyday service workflow.
Each stage has a clear output, so you always know what has been agreed and what is being measured.
Stage 01
Discover
We map how service requests are received, triaged, dispatched and closed today, and agree the operational baseline you want to compare against.
Stage 02
Design
Together we select one suitable workflow — for example pre-dispatch triage for one request type — and define what success looks like.
Stage 03
Configure
We prepare the guided capture steps, required photos, structured questions and the review process your team will follow.
Stage 04
Pilot
The workflow runs with an agreed team on an agreed group of real service cases, with support from us throughout.
Stage 05
Measure
We assess participation, completeness of the evidence received, operational efficiency and the other outcomes agreed in the design stage.
Stage 06
Decide
You decide on evidence: adjust the workflow, expand it to more teams or request types, or stop.
Success measures
What a pilot can measure.
We agree the relevant measures with you in the design stage, based on your own baseline. The list below is a starting point, not a promise of results.
- Percentage of customers submitting usable evidence
- Reduction in additional clarification calls
- Cases resolved remotely
- Changes in repeat visits
- Changes in first-time fix performance
- Time required to assess service requests
- Compliance with documentation workflows
Terms
Agreed with you, not fixed in advance.
Pilot duration, scope, availability and commercial terms are agreed during consultation, because they depend on your workflow, case volumes and team. We do not publish a fixed pilot period or package.
- How long does a pilot take?
- Pilot duration depends on your case volume and the workflow selected. It is agreed with you during the consultation so that enough real cases pass through the workflow to measure the outcome.
- What does a pilot cost?
- Commercial terms, scope and availability are agreed during consultation. They depend on the workflow, the number of users and the support you need.
- Do we need an IT project to start?
- No development project is needed to run a first workflow. Customers and technicians record through a link in their phone browser. Connections to existing systems are scoped separately where they are supported and useful.
- What happens after the pilot?
- You review the measured results with us and decide whether to adjust, expand or discontinue. Nothing is extended automatically.

Not sure which workflow to start with?
A 30-minute discovery call is usually enough to identify the request type where better visual information would make the clearest difference.
