Completion is verified remotely by defining it as a capture workflow rather than a checkbox. Before leaving site, the technician records the condition found, the work performed, the components replaced, the equipment restarted and operating, and the state the site was left in. A supervisor reviews that evidence centrally.
What a completion record should contain
Keep it short enough that technicians actually complete it on every job.
- Condition found on arrival
- Work performed and components replaced
- Readings after completion
- Equipment restarted and operating normally
- Site left clean and safe
Why timestamps matter
Dated evidence attached to the job record is what makes the difference in warranty questions, invoice disputes and compliance reviews months later.
Reviewing at scale
Central review does not need to cover every job. Even a consistent sample, reviewed quickly and fed back to technicians, changes what gets recorded on the jobs that are not reviewed.
